A graduate certificate is an educational credential representing completion of specialized training at the college or university level. A graduate certificate can be awarded by universities upon completion of certain coursework indicating mastering of a specific subject area.
Gates Education Group carries out annual graduation ceremonies where a large number of students graduate basing on their talents and gifts.
This is the culmination of the Talent Based Learning
There are THREE possible certificates given by different institutions:
1. Normal Transcripts and Certificates issued by a Member University At the end of Talent Based Learning, outcomes in the forms of projects, merchandises or designs are submitted to member universities for evaluation.
These represent examination outcomes as there is no written examination under Talent Based Learning. Your knowledge or skill will be seen in what you have actually produced using your inherent ability (talent).
After the evaluation or assessment, credits will emerge and these are uniformly normalized with usual academic credits HENCE issuance of normal academic transcripts and certificates.
These documents are issued at Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree
2.Talent Transcripts and Certificates
The World Talent University will issue Talent Based Transcripts and Certificates based on level of exhibited talent of gift.
There are usually 5 Levels with Talent Based Grading Schemes.
These are essentially issued at the following levels:
- Incubation
- Title Quest
- Hall of Fame
- Hard Abyss
- Lord Given
Each of the levels have different Talent Based Grading Schemes
3. Gifted & Fellowship Awards
In Talent Based Learning, it is possible to have candidates that exhibit multiple talents in real world and exceed or rather wow more than 3 talent domains.
Someone might, for example, naturally be a fast runner or have the ability to sing in tune, while also being a great businessman/woman. The same person may still have intellectual talent and hence seen to excel in science and also a great orator / marketer.
These talents become evident as they grow and mature in multiple talent domains, as opportunities for their use or expression occur, and as our environment facilitates their development.
Far from being issued with individual Talent Transcripts and Certificates at various Talent Grades, this lot will receive further recognition in the form of Gifted & Fellowship Awards
You may consider these as those that can be recommended for Nobel Peace Prize, for example.
So graduation can be therefore be in 3 stages deepening on exhibited talent /gifts during the Talent Based Learning process. Over the years many have graduated and these can be seen in the “Photo Gallery link”.
