Whereas Psychometric tests are concerned with “Visible Basic Human Traits”, and based mon mere questionnaire, Professional and Scientific Assessment of Talent is scientific and holistic and takes into consideration “Non-Visible Human Traits”. It is a procedure like in a hospital which consists of Oral Screening, Psycho-Screening and Anthropo-Biometric Machine Screening. Psychometrics are only a sub-set of the Psycho-Screening step.
